In accordance with current CDC guidelines and in order to keep those we serve - and our volunteers - safe, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all volunteers on service trips. According to the CDC, you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines when you have received all doses in the primary series and all available boosters, when eligible.
Volunteers and participants who are not fully up to date with their latest booster will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. This can be either a rapid test or a PCR test. The test will need to be taken no more than 72 hours prior to the start of the trip. Volunteers will be asked to report any symptoms, including loss of smell and taste daily.
Decisions about masks will be determined on a trip by trip basis.
Sanitizer and hand-washing will be strictly adhered to.
Limits on numbers of participants will be determined on a trip by trip basis.
We ask that volunteers please be respectful of these guidelines as we seek to protect the Tipi Raisers community and tribal populations who have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
For all activities on the various reservations we serve, we will be following COVID-19 safety protocols as set forth by the the Tribe.
We will be monitoring COVID-19 conditions closely and will update this page as things change.
