THE TIPI RAISERS
reciprocity Model

The Reciprocity Model

In alignment with the Indigenous wisdom shared below by Lakota elder - and former Board President - Basil Brave Heart, all events and offerings at the Tipi Raiser's are FREE. We believe in the organic reciprocal exchange that occurs when those who join us on our mission receive the gift that is inherent in that experience and we trust that they will give back to the best of their ability. In this way, we can all stay in balance.

"When everything has a monetary value, the commoditization of human life begins -- society loses the Sacred and human life starts to cannibalize itself."    - Basil Brave Heart

The generosity of our partners, through donations and grants, funds our humanitarian aid, service trips, events and Gen7 youth initiatives. We could not have the impact we have had without this financial support! If you are able, please donate and ensure that everyone who seeks our services can access them.

Ways to reciprocate:

Make a DONATION directly to Tipi Raisers.

Discuss adopting or sponsoring a reservation service project with Tipi Raiser's staff.

Set up a PEER TO PEER FUNDRAISER with a goal of raising $1,000 or more. Click HERE to learn more!

Collect needed building materials or other items listed on our organization's wish list.

Share a testimonial on the Great Nonprofits website to keep our  "top rated" status going!

Host a food drive to collect needed food and supplies for our Native relatives.

Reach out if you are interested in driving donations to the various reservations - or run errands across the front range.

Volunteer at the Hub in Lafayette.

OUR VISION:

We envision a future where children are thriving in interconnected and culturally rooted communities.

OUR MISSION:
